کنترلر حرفه ای و مقرون به صرفه

PLCهای سری CP1E برای راه اندازی سیستم های ساده  و حتی با قابلیت کنترل مکان می باشد. تمامی CPU های مدل CP1E دارای پورت USB بوده که ارتباط با رایانه را بسیار راحت نموده است. قابیلت وارد نمودن آسان دستورات در برنامه، برنامه نویس را قادر نموده تا به سرعت برنامه خود را تکمیل نماید. CP1E دارای دو مدل سری E و N می باشد. سری E بسیار اقتصادی و مقرون به صرفه بوده در حالی که مدل N دارای ساعت داخلی، قابلیت کنترل حرکتی و پورت سریال برای برقراری ارتیاط با HMI، بارکد خوان و سایر وسایل دارای پورت سریال می باشد. کارت های جانبی فراوانی برای تکمیل قابلیت های CP1E وجود دارد. با توجه به یکسان بودن ساختار این سری با سایر مدل ها مانند CP1L,CP1H,CJ و CS برنامه نوشته شده با تمامی مدل های بالا سازگاری دارد.

NJ machine controller with integrated Robotic functions

The NJ Robotics controller is the core of the system architecture which uses the EtherCAT bus to provide the highest motion performance for demanding packaging applications.
The controller is able to control up to 8 robots by providing independent or synchronized movements with the others motion devices installed in the machine, such as single servo axis or group of axes.
The integration of the NJ-Robotics controller with the G5 servo systems allows you to achieve the maximum throughput in your Pick & Place applications by taking all the advantages provided by and the kinematics structure of the Delta robots.
